Yes! Every item is individually hand-thrown or hand-built by our artists. Slight variations in color, shape, and texture are part of what makes each piece one-of-a-kind.

All pieces are crafted in our studio in Michigan.

Most of our functional wares (mugs, bowls, plates) are fully vitrified clay, which is food-safe, microwave-safe, and dishwasher-safe. We always note any exceptions in the product description.

Each piece is made with care. Ready-to-ship items usually leave our studio within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order pieces can take 2–4 weeks depending on kiln schedule and drying times

We love collaborating on custom pieces! Reach out via our contact form with your idea, and we’ll let you know the current lead time and pricing.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll replace or refund your piece right away.

We are not accepting local pickup of online orders at this time.

Because each item is handmade, we don’t accept returns for minor variations. However, if you’re unhappy with your purchase, please reach out — we’ll do our best to make it right.
